Welcome to this Dynamic Argumentative Delphi consultation, which opens a space for dialogue on the future of retail in the EU.

The survey is carried by Institutul de Prospectiva on behalf of DG for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) of the European Commission, as part of the project The EU retail ecosystem in the future – a vision for 2040. The results of this project will provide recommendations for policy makers to shape policies which in the longer term would strengthen the retail ecosystem’s resilience by improving its competitiveness, innovativeness and sustainability.

The consultation ends on January 23rd.
